INGREDIENTS
- 50mL Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
- 10mL elderflower liqueur
- 30mL eucalyptus syrup
- 30mL fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 10mL egg white

METHOD
- Add ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake for 10 seconds (this will get that egg white nice and frothy)
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again
- Strain into a chilled coupette
