THE DROP BEAR GIN COCKTAIL RECIPE

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 50mL Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
    • 10mL elderflower liqueur
    • 30mL eucalyptus syrup
    • 30mL fresh lemon juice
    • 2 dashes orange bitters
    • 10mL egg white
  • METHOD

    • Add ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake for 10 seconds (this will get that egg white nice and frothy)
    • Add ice to the shaker and shake again
    • Strain into a chilled coupette
