Lemon Lime & Bitters Sour Cocktail Recipe

A classic Gin Sour meets lemon lime and bitters. Sweet, bitter and fluffy.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 60mL Sticky Carpet Gin 
    • 25mL lemon juice 
    • 15mL lime cordial 
    • 1 egg white 
    • Aromatic bitters 

  • METHOD

    • Combine gin, lemon juice, lime cordial and egg white in a tin and shake 
    • Add ice and shake again 
    • Pour 3 dashes of aromatic bitters around the side of a glass  
    • Strain cocktail into the glass and top with ice
