A spritz for spring, with delicate Japanese flavours from the gin and plum wine.
INGREDIENTS
- 30mL Changing Seasons Gin
- 90mL sparkling wineÂ
- 30mL umeshu (plum wine)
- 30mL soda waterÂ
- Raspberries
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients over ice in a wine glass.Â
