QF 10:1 COCKTAIL RECIPE

This Martini uses our Modern Australian Gin – distilled with and for the great mixing teams of QANTAS and Rockpool.

“The name derives from the ratio of gin to vermouth (10 to 1) but also harks back to the Qantas flight from MEL to LAX.”

INGREDIENTS
- 60mL Modern Australian Gin
- 10mL Maidenii dry vermouth
- Lemon peel to garnish
METHOD
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir for 30 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupette
- Then garnish with a twist of lemon
