PORTER CALL GIN COCKTAIL RECIPE

Robust, decadent and rich. This is one for winter, with coffee, chocolate and coconut balancing the full flavoured gin.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 35mL Sherry Cask Gin 
    • 10mL coconut cream
    • 5mL crème de cacao
    • 5mL Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
    • Porter beer
    • Dark chocolate or nutmeg

  • METHOD

    • Shake all ingredients except beer over ice
    • Strain into Highball glass over ice
    • Top with Porter beer
    • Garnish with grated chocolate (or nutmeg)
