
PORTER CALL GIN COCKTAIL RECIPE
Robust, decadent and rich. This is one for winter, with coffee, chocolate and coconut balancing the full flavoured gin.

INGREDIENTS
- 35mL Sherry Cask Gin
- 10mL coconut cream
- 5mL crème de cacao
- 5mL Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
- Porter beer
- Dark chocolate or nutmeg

METHOD
- Shake all ingredients except beer over ice
- Strain into Highball glass over ice
- Top with Porter beer
- Garnish with grated chocolate (or nutmeg)
