Pinot Colada Recipe | A Tropical Twist with Bloody Pinot Noir Gin

PINOT COLADA

A drink for when you don’t want to get caught in the rain.

INGREDIENTS
- 50mL Bloody Pinot Noir Gin
- 50mL coconut cream
- 20mL fresh lime juice
- 6 chunks of fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup ice
- Pineapple
- Cherry
METHOD
- Place ingredients into a blender and blitz until desired texture is reached
- Pour into a chilled Hurricane glass
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry spike
