When we tell you Nick Tesar is the best bartender in the business we’re not exaggerating – he quite literally won the title of Australia’s Best Bartender at Diageo's World Class competition in 2022 (a huge deal in bartending world!). And that's just one of the reasons we're absolutely stoked to have Nick as Four Pillars' Creative Director of Gin Drinks.

Nick has worked at some of Melbourne's best venues - Bar Liberty, Lume, and Gin Palace (a.k.a. the beloved bar that we first launched our little gin business at all those years ago!) – co-authored a killer cocktail book, and judged countless spirit shows.

He is also the co-owner of the outstanding Marionette Liqueur business, where he and a couple of Melbourne-based friends work with local farms to produce stunning cocktail liqueurs.

As the Creative Director of Gin Drinks, Nick's job is to head up the creative team, working with our bar staff across both the Healesville Distillery and Sydney Laboratory to design drinks and experiment with our gins. He is also responsible for representing Four Pillars across the country, and the globe, in front of the best and brightest drinks talent in the business.
