A classic prohibition-era cocktail, where the strength of the gin stands up to the mint and lime.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 45mL Navy Strength Gin
    • 30mL lime juice
    • 15mL sugar syrup
    • 8 mint leaves

  • METHOD

    • Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
    • Shake vigorously, and strain into a chilled coupette
    • Garnish with a mint leaf
