LONDON CALLING GIN COCKTAiL RECIPE

A shout out to the Modern Classics! Although, relatively new to the cocktail scene (2002) this drink has gained great global traction and with good reason! Simple, balanced and delicious. It’s elevated with the use of Sherry Cask Gin, double downing on big flavour!

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 40mL Sherry Cask Gin 
    • 15mL fresh lemon juice 
    • 10mL Fino Sherry
    • 10mL sugar syrup (1:1)
    • 2 dashes orange bitters 
    • Ruby grapefruit twist

  • METHOD

    • Shake ingredients over ice
    • Fine strain into a chilled coupette
    • Garnish with a grapefruit twist
