GIN SUNSET COCKTAIL RECIPE

This delicious take on a Tequila Sunrise is as pretty as an Australian sunset.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 50mL Modern Australian Gin
    • 25mL fresh lemon juice 
    • 6 raspberries
    • Grapefruit soda 
    • Lemon

  • METHOD

    • Shake the gin, raspberries and lemon juice over ice
    • Strain into a tall glass with ice
    • Top with grapefruit soda 
    • Garnish with a wheel of lemon
