WHERE TO FIND A FOUR PILLARS GIN SAUSAGE SIZZLE THIS SUMMER
To celebrate the beginning of summer (and because we love to sip and snack), we're serving up FREE ginny sausage sandwiches when you get a Rare Dry G&T with a big slice of orange at some of the best rooftop bars and outdoor drinking spots in Sydney and Melbourne, as well as our Healesville Distillery.
With the help of our friends at uber-premium butcher, Victor Churchill, we've created our bougiest Made From Gin product to date, combining ginny pork sausage with spent Rare Dry Gin botanicals and a dash of gin for good measure. It comes served in a slice of white bread accompanied with a bespoke Orange and Sour Cherry Relish made in our distillery kitchen, using gin-steamed oranges leftover from Rare Dry Gin distillations.
To get your hands on a complimentary gin sausage sandwich, all you need to do is order a Rare Dry G&T at one of the following venues on the days we'll be stopping in to man the barbie across November and December.
