An old school cocktail for an old school gin, Rare Old Tom Gin.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 40mL Rare Old Tom Gin
    • 15mL blanc vermouth
    • 5mL Dom Bénédictine
    • 2 dashes orange bitters
    • Lemon

  • METHOD

    • Stir ingredients and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
    • Garnish with a lemon twist
