  • INGREDIENTS

    • 45mL El Cuatro Gin ​
    • 15mL orange juice ​
    • 15mL grapefruit juice ​
    • 15mL lime juice ​
    • 5mL sugar syrup ​
    • 1 pinch of salt ​
    • 60mL soda water ​
    • Tajin​
    • Grapefruit

  • METHOD

    • Build in a highball glass.
    • Top with ice.
    • Garnish with a grapefruit wedge
