The complete set of gins in our sixth Distiller Series, made in collaboration with Island Gin in New Zealand. Both distilled with Island Gin’s signature wild Mānuka honey, yet the resulting gins are completely different! While we looked to salty botanicals like Bull kelp and Old Man saltbush, Island Gin took inspiration from our love of citrus and used fresh oranges. For us, this resulted in the beautifully savoury Wild Isle Gin (perfect for Martinis). And for Island Gin, a fresh and bright Orange & Mānuka Honey Island Gin.
