Our gin distillery is located in Healesville, in Victoria's Yarra Valley, about an hour's drive from Melbourne. Bookings are essential.
Our distillery Tuck Shop headed up by Caro Gray offers a small menu of Made From Gin goods and other tasty bites for you to enjoy alongside a mini G&T paddle or one of our gin cocktail specials!

BOOK A TABLE AT OUR DISTILLERY
Book a table online and enjoy some drinks with your friends at our Yarra Valley distillery. Booking on a Friday? Come along between 6pm to 8pm and enjoy half-price gin drinks, from classic G&Ts to new cocktail specials. Maximum group size of 8 people per booking. Please call us for any larger group size bookings.

G&T & TASTING
Book here for a 55 minute tasting in our private Mezzanine. These run hourly from 12pm on weekends for a maximum of 20 people per session. Tastings are $50 per person, which includes a signature G&T on arrival, followed by a tasting of five of our award-winning gins. You will also receive $25 off your Gin retail purchase.

GIN REFILL SERVICE
We offer a special gin refill service at our Healesville Distillery where you can bring in ANY empty 700mL Four Pillars bottle for a rinse and refill of Bloody Shiraz Gin or Rare Dry Gin. In return, we’ll knock $10 off the price of your newly refilled bottle.
