A BIG BLOODY SHIRAZ GIN GARDEN PARTY

Join us for a flavour-filled afternoon of delicious cocktails and gin-inspired snacks in Jude's Gin Garden, featuring Made From Gin creations like Bloody Shiraz Gin Yarra Valley Caviar and Rare Dry Gin Chocolate. You'll start with a fresh cocktail on arrival before snacking on dishes like gin-cured salmon and Bloody Shiraz Gin pâté, alongside Stone & Crowe moonshine cheese. We'll keep spirits flowing with a round of G&Ts, or you can enjoy a glass (or two) of Shiraz provided by our neighbours and talented winemakers, Payten & Jones. Need a ride into Healesville? We're also offering a pick-up and drop-off bus service, which you can add on to your ticket for an extra $40.

FOUR PILLARS X ROB DOLAN WINES: A MADE FROM GIN DINNER

Ready to taste some of the best autumn produce the Yarra Valley has to offer?

This special dining experience starts with a gin cocktail and guided gin tasting and follows with a shared-style meal, featuring dishes we've crafted around our beloved Made From Gin range. Each plate comes paired with wine from Rob Dolan, talented winemaker and dear friend that loaned us the space at the back of his old wine shed all those years ago to make our first-ever batches of gin.

Gin, Tonic & Made from Gin Snacks

Come along for an intimate gin tasting in our private bar, Coral's Loft, which overlooks the production room where all our gins are distilled. You'll be greeted with a G&T on arrival before settling in for a guided gin tasting of our signature range. Alongside the gins, you'll be snacking on plates from our Made From Gin range, like gin botanical roasted nuts and Bloody Shiraz Gin Yarra Valley Caviar. At the end of your tasting, we'll send you home with a goodie bag, complete with a mini bottle of gin and the perfect tonic to go with it.

Sip and Stroll the Healesville Makers’ Quarter

We've teamed up with four other talented drinks makers in our little pocket of Healesville to create the Healesville Makers' Quarter, a vibrant drinks and dining precinct all within walking distance. Your tour kicks off at 12pm sharp and from there you'll enjoy an afternoon exploring and tasting the delicious wines, beers, gins and food across Jayden Ong Wines, Payten & Jones Winery, Watts River Brewing, Giammarino Wines and our very own Healesville Distillery.

FERMENTED AT GIANT STEPS

Our friends at Giant Steps (who were recently named 2025 Halliday Winery of the year!) are hosting a special drinking and dining experience centred around fermented food and drinks. We'll be getting experimental with gin cocktails for you to enjoy alongside the delicious food menu curated by the team at Ichi Nana Fitzroy. It's bound to be an absolute treat for your tastebuds, so don't miss it!
