The guidelines:Â
1. The Martini: The perfect Martini starts with Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin and is complemented by Oscar .697 Extra Dry Vermouth. Pre-batch with a freezer flask to allow for a crispy, tableside pour.
2. The Service: The ultimate offering to greet your guests. It's the drink you drink when you're deciding what to drink. Â
3. The Snack: A snack pairing, unique to your venue. Â
4. The Menu: Highlight the serve with a strong menu callout for the best first impression. Â
Your venue’s commitment to us:Â
- Execute all elements of service excellently, consistently throughout the entire activation period. This includes the Martini, glassware, table side flask, etcÂ
- List the Martini Collective snack and Martini pairing on all beverage menus in venue, including a call out and/or Four Pillars logoÂ
- Incentivize your staff to offer this as the ultimate greeting for your guest experience whilst they peruse the menuÂ
- Ensure the pricing of the pairing reflects a fair-go. We will support a high margin for you with a 12% discountÂ
- Inclusion in your venue’s social media outputÂ
- Glassware and flask assets are yours to keep supporting ongoing Four Pillars menu inclusionsÂ
Olive Leaf Gin:Â
The Botanicals:Â
Olive Leaf tea, Lemon, Bay leaf, Olive oil, Macadamia nut, Rosemary, Grapefruit, Juniper, Lemon myrtle, Coriander seed, Lavender, Orris rootÂ
The Gin:Â
Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin uses three different types of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, plus fresh lemons and botanicals like rosemary, olive leaf and bay leaf that transport you to the Mediterranean. Â
Macadamia nuts and lemon myrtle make the gin distinctly modern. The result is textural, bright and the most savoury of all our gins. It’s begging to be made into any kind of Martini.  Â
