2) Check your inbox for the email containing your gift card and scroll down to the option to send it on.

Can I buy a physical gift card online?
Unfortunately not! We don't currently offer physical gift cards at this stage. But never say never!
How do I check the balance of a gift card?
You can check the balance of your gift card at any time using the balance checker feature on this page (just above the FAQs). All you need is the code of your gift card which should be in the original email sent to you.
Can I choose when the gift card is sent to the recipient?
Yes! Once you have ordered your Four Pillars Gift Card, you should receive an email which contains the option to send on the card to your recipient. Once you have decided on your card design and added a gift message, you have the option to select when the gift card is sent - instantly or at a future time of your choosing.
Can I use the gift card in-store?
Yes. These gift cards can be used in-store at both our Sydney Laboratory Gin Shop and Healesville Distillery Gift Shop.
When does my gift card expire?
You gift card expires three years from the official date of issue.
What can I purchase with this gift card?
Well, the world's your oyster! But obviously it has to be something from Four Pillars... Why don't you peruse the gin shop to get some ideas.

Can I use this gift card on gin workshops and experiences?
Yes absolutely. But to do so, you will need to give us a call so that we can assist you in using your card on a gin experience of your choosing. Call us at 1800 FPG GIN.
