WANT TO WIN A TRIP TO AUSTRALIA?
The cocktail competition for our bartender friends working in the trade across APAC is coming BACK in 2025!
The challenge is simple: come up with an original cocktail using Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin, Bloody Shiraz Gin or Fresh Yuzu Gin and go in the running to win an all-expenses-paid trip to Sydney, Australia, to represent your country in the Grand Final round where $3000 (AUD) is up for grabs.

How to enter
Entries open Tuesday 7 January and close Friday 31 January 2025.
Post a photo of your gin cocktail to your Instagram feed (your account must be public so we can view it)
In the post caption:
- Include the cocktail recipe (written in English)
- Tag @fourpillarsgin
- Tag your venue's Instagram handle (or mention in caption if not available)
- Add the hashtag #AussieGinOpen
Entries will be judged on drink recipe, presentation and creativity.
COUNTRY FINALS
Held across Saturday 1 february to friday 28 february 2025 in each participating market.
We’ll select five bartenders from each market to compete in a local Regional Final, where you will make your cocktail live for a panel of judges.
The winner from each final will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Sydney, Australia, where they will represent their country in the Grand Final

The Grand Final winner will receive $3000 (AUD).

- Instagram submission entries open Tuesday 7 January and close 11:59pm Friday 31 January (based on local time).
- Maximum one (1) entry per person.
- Competition open only to bartenders 18+ who are employees of a venue or bar within Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia or the Philippines that serves Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin or Four Pillars Fresh Yuzu Gin.
- Cocktail entries MUST use Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin, Bloody Shiraz Gin or Fresh Yuzu Gin.
- Enrants must follow and tag the account @fourpillarsgin in submission posts and use the hashtag #AussieGinOpen in the caption.
- Instagram accounts must be set to public so we can see the post submissions.
- Post must include a detailed recipe and method.
