WORLD GIN DAY 2024
World Gin Day in 2014 was the very first time we opened the doors to our makeshift distillery at the back of Rob Dolan’s Winery at Warrandyte. And World Gin Day in 2015 was the day we released the first vintage of an unlabelled Bloody Shiraz Gin. So we’ve got a reputation to maintain when it comes to throwing a good World Gin Day party.
And maintain that reputation we will!
This year we’re opening our distillery doors and joining forces with our gin friends Naught Distilling, Island Gin, Itinerant Spirits and Mary Monica Gin to serve up FREE gin tastings in Wilma’s Stillhouse.
That, plus new Bloody Shiraz Gin cocktails and bloody themed workshops in both our gin homes, mean this World Gin Day is shaping up to be a bloody big one (not to mention it’s a long weekend...).

Book a Bloody Cocktail WorkshopWorld Gin Day at the distillery marks the beginning of bloody season, which calls for some brand spankin’ new cocktail specials. Expect goodies like Rough Gold made with Bloody Shiraz Gin, coconut, milk chocolate and miso corn caramel to enjoy with snacks like salt cod croquettes with a house-made quince and aioli.
