Negroni Week 2025 officially kicks off on Monday 22 September and runs to Sunday 28 September.

As self-proclaimed Negroni experts, we think we know a thing or two about celebrating this holy grail of gin cocktails (we did go and make a gin just for it, you know...). So, with that said, here is the Four Pillars guide to Negroni Week 2025. From drinking Negronis in your home to enjoying Negronis at some of our favourite Sydney bars, and to top it all off, our Brand Ambassador, Sam Hulston is set to co-host a very special Negroni gin dinner at NOUR in Sydney's Surry Hills on Wednesday 23 September.   • NEGRONI DINNER AT NOUR

    Enjoy a shared-style four-course meal at Sydney restaurant, NOUR on Wednesday 23 September, hosted by our Brand Ambassador, Sam Hulston.

    Each dish, created by Head Chef, Ibrahim Kasif, has been paired with a matching bespoke Negroni, like the Tropical Negroni, made with Rare Dry Gin, vermouth, pineapple & coconut Campari and Chinola Passionfruit.

    NEGRONI MONTH AT SHAFFA

    Our friends at Shaffa in Surry Hills have whipped up two Negroni speicals for the month. Try the Chocroni, made with Rare Dry Gin, Campari, red vermouth, white chocolate liqueur, and garnished with tuile, or the Coconut Boulevard, made with Rare Dry Gin, Campari, red vermouth, coconut milk and toasted coconut for a delicious twist on the classic.

  • NEGRONI MONTH AT CANESS

    Meanwhile, the team at Middle-Eastern-inspired bar and restaurant, Caness have come up with their own Negroni and snack pairing in the form of the Negrak, made with spice-infused Rare Dry Gin, Campari, red vermouth, arak and bitters, and a choc cheesecake bite. It's a twist on the cult-classic Dubai Chocolate and features our Rare Dry Gin Salt sprinkled on top.
