  • INGREDIENTS

    • 60mL Trading Tides Gin
    • 120mL light tonic water
    • Pink grapefruit

  • METHOD

    • Add gin and ice to a chilled Highball glass
    • Top with tonic
    • Lightly stir, then garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit
