SILK ROAD GIN COCKTAIL RECIPE

A nod to the spice routes of the subcontinent. Short, tart and moreish – a perfect cocktail to pair with spicy food.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 50mL Spice Trade Gin
    • 30mL fresh lemon juice
    • 20mL pomegranate grenadine
    • A star anise pod (to garnish)

  • METHOD

    • Shake all ingredients together and strain into a rocks glass over ice
    • Garnish with an anise pod
