  • INGREDIENTS

    • 40mL Spiced Negroni Gin
    • 10mL Campari
    • Fresh ruby grapefruit juice
    • Soda water
    • Olsson’s Sea Salt
    • Orange

  • METHOD

    • Rim a short glass or Highball glass with sea salt
    • Build all ingredients over ice
    • Garnish with an orange wedge
