SAGE ADVICE GIN COCKTAIL RECIPE
A rich and indulgent gin cocktail for this richly indulgent gin.

INGREDIENTS
- 50mL Bloody Underhill Shiraz Gin
- 5mL Ruby Port
- 5mL salted sage syrup (see below)
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Sage leaf

METHOD
- Stir ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a fresh sage leaf

SALTED SAGE SYRUP INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 cup water
- Bunch of washed and dried sage

SALTED SAGE SYRUP METHOD
- Dissolve the sugar and salt in water over a simmer
- Add the bunch of washed and dried sage to the pan and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes
- Once ready, remove from the heat and allow to cool before straining and bottling
