Inspired by our cult-favourite Shaky Pete, this drink combines a classic cocktail and a modern classic. A cracker for the Australian summer.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 45mL Australian Christmas Gin 
    • 45mL lemon Juice 
    • 20mL honey syrup (1 part honey: 1 part water) 
    • 20mL ginger syrup 
    • 120mL lager (we recommend XXXX Gold)

  • METHOD

    • Combine all ingredients (except lager) in a tin and shake with ice  
    • Dump into a beer glass and top with lager
