This passionfruity number should get everyone in the mood for big love, big laughs and the occasional big pash.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 45mL Wild Isle Gin  
    • 10mL bitter aperitif 
    • 25mL lime juice 
    • 10mL sugar syrup  
    • 60mL soda water 
    • Lime 
    • Mint 
  • METHOD

    • Combine the gin, bitter aperitif, lime juice and sugar syrup in a tin and shake with ice 
    • Strain into a tall glass, add soda and top with ice 
    • Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig
