A play on the Bijou, but with a distinct Japanese clarity and flavour.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 40mL Changing Seasons Gin 
    • 20mL dry saké
    • 2.5mL yellow chartreuse  
    • Lemon
    • Olive
  • METHOD

    • Stir and strain into a rocks glass over ice. 
    • Garnish with an olive and lemon peel.
