INGREDIENTS
- 40mL Changing Seasons Gin
- 20mL dry saké
- 2.5mL yellow chartreuse
- Lemon
- Olive
METHOD
- Stir and strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish with an olive and lemon peel.
