GINTONIC RECIPE
Sipping on a gin balloon full of ice and deliciously garnished Gintonic, it's easy to imagine you're in Spain.
We love a classic gin drink. But we also love to shake things up from time to time (no, we don’t mean that literally). Which is why we’ve added a bit of Mediterranean flair – if you will – to this classic G&T recipe. It’s called a Gintonic and you better believe us when we say it’s one of the most refreshing and, dare we say, best gin and tonic drinks you’ll ever taste.
Now, when it comes to perfecting the gin to tonic ratio of your gin drink, its more or less up to personal preference. But for this one we’ve decided to up the tonic serving to 120mL, just to keep things extra fresh. And we reckon the best way to drink this Gintonic is in a big round wine glass, full of ice, with a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary. The only thing better than enjoying a Spanish-inspired gin drink is probably drinking a gin drink…in Spain. But at least you’re halfway there!
