  • INGREDIENTS

  • METHOD

    • Place pineapple in shaker, add sugar syrup and muddle together
    • Add remaining ingredients, except soda water, and shake vigorously
    • Pour into a Collins glass and top with soda water
    • Garnish with a cherry and wedge of pineapple
