This year, not only have we kept up our tradition of turning our Surry Hills Gin Lab into the Fab Lab, we've gone even bigger, with a stacked program of events happening over the next few weeks at some of our favourite bars in Sydney.
So if you find yourself on the streets of Surry Hills and beyond during the most fabulous time of the year, here are some excellent Mardi Gras events featuring a little bit of Four Pillars that you should go and check out!

FAB LAB
Book in for a drinkEILEEN'S BAR, FOUR PILLARS LABORATORY | WEDNESDAY 19 FEBRUARY - SATURDAY 1 MARCH
We've given our Sydney Laboratory a makeover for the occasion, complete with a special line-up of cocktails fit for a (drag) queen available at Eileen's Bar.
Expect sweet drinks with a twist like Butter Me Up, made with Rare Dry Gin, Madeira, Orange Marmalade, distilled Lune croissants, vanilla + orange. This one doubles as our Fab Lab bottled cocktail, available to take home in the Gin Shop downstairs for a limited time.

We’re turning Fab Lab up a notch with drag fun featuring Daphne Gaye, DJ tunes from St Croix and fabulous ginny giveaways! Get amongst the festivities before the official Mardi Gras parade on Oxford Street (just a 15-minute walk away!).
