FIFTY SHADES OF EARL GREY COCKTAIL RECIPE

A smooth and floral dynamo of a drink that is anything but grey.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 45mL Rarest Dry Gin
    • 20mL fresh lemon juice
    • 10mL Amaro Montenegro
    • 10mL Earl Grey tea, brewed + chilled
    • 10mL sugar syrup [1:1]

  • METHOD

    • Rim a cocktail glass with some DIY citrus crust (optional - method below)
    • Add ingredients to your glass and stir to combine
    • Serve up!

  • CITRUS CRUST INGREDIENTS

    • 150g caster sugar  
    • 5 lemon peels, rasp grated   
    • 5 orange peels, rasp grated 

  • CITRUS CRUST METHOD

    • Place ingredients in a stainless-steel bowl  
    • Mix together thoroughly  
    • Store in an air tight container
