With equal parts soda water, gin and grapefruit juice, plus a top up with your favourite sparkling wine, this gin drink is pretty much guaranteed to keep all your guests happy. BLOODY SPRITZ INGREDIENTS
- 30mLÂ Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 30mL ruby red grapefruit juice
- 30mL soda water
- 90mL sparkling wine
- Grapefruit
METHOD
- Add the ingredients to a wine glass over ice
- Top with sparkling wine
- Garnish with a slice of grapefruit
