BERGAMÖTLEY CRÜE GIN COCKTAIL RECIPE
A very fun riff on the classic Martini that brings home those big bergamot notes. This drink is floral, bright and well balanced.

INGREDIENTS
- 60mL Rarest Dry Gin
- 15mL bergamot liqueur (we recommend Italicus)
- 15mL Lillet Blanc
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Lemon

METHOD
- Add ingredients to a mixing glass over ice
- Stir and strain into a rocks glass over a block of ice
- Garnish with a lemon twist
