BERGAMÖTLEY CRÜE GIN COCKTAIL RECIPE

A very fun riff on the classic Martini that brings home those big bergamot notes. This drink is floral, bright and well balanced.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 60mL Rarest Dry Gin
    • 15mL bergamot liqueur (we recommend Italicus)
    • 15mL Lillet Blanc
    • 2 dashes orange bitters
    • Lemon
  • METHOD

    • Add ingredients to a mixing glass over ice
    • Stir and strain into a rocks glass over a block of ice
    • Garnish with a lemon twist
