A fresh, zesty cocktail inspired by the classic Gimlet.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 50mL Navy Strength Gin
    • 25mL lime juice
    • 15mL sugar syrup
    • 8 fresh basil leaves
    • Basil (to garnish)

  • METHOD

    • Combine all ingredients into a tin and shake with ice
    • Transfer to a rocks glass and garnish with a basil leaf
