Our two barrel-aged beauties. One from our Sherry Cask solera with a huge palate of sweetness, chewy oak and aromas of pine needles, dried fruit and nuts. One aged in Chardonnay barrels with a light, creamy texture and dry finish with lingering spice. Both are outstanding sipping gins.
