FIFTY SHADES OF EARL GREY COCKTAIL RECIPE

A smooth and floral dynamo of a drink that is anything but grey.

INGREDIENTS
- 45mL Rarest Dry Gin
- 20mL fresh lemon juice
- 10mL Amaro Montenegro
- 10mL Earl Grey tea, brewed + chilled
- 10mL sugar syrup [1:1]
METHOD
- Rim a cocktail glass with some DIY citrus crust (optional - method below)
- Add ingredients to your glass and stir to combine
- Serve up!
CITRUS CRUST INGREDIENTS
- 150g caster sugar
- 5 lemon peels, rasp grated
- 5 orange peels, rasp grated
CITRUS CRUST METHOD
- Place ingredients in a stainless-steel bowl
- Mix together thoroughly
- Store in an air tight container
