As you might expect, the gins mimic the table wines, with Bloody Shiraz Gin showing a deeper, richer colour with peppery spice and dense raspberry notes, while the lighter and softer Bloody Pinot Noir Gin has a more pronounced gin character and aromas of strawberries and cherries.
