Four Pillars Gin | Not a Gin Fizz Non-Alcoholic Gin Cocktail Recipe

NOT A GIN FIZZ NON-ALCOHOLIC COCKTAIL RECIPE

Who says gin has to have all the fun? This drink mixes a bit of sweet with some sour to make the ultimate non-gin fizz.

INGREDIENTS
- 50mL Bloody Bandwagon
- 20mL fresh lemon juice
- 15mL simple syrup [1:1]
- Dash of egg white
- Soda water
- Nutmeg
METHOD
- Shake all ingredients except soda water over ice and fine strain into a chilled glass
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with some freshly grated nutmeg
