How do I add a gift message to my gift?

You can add a digital gift message to your order when you get to the checkout.

Just select the "Add a gift message" option, fill in your recipient's details and choose when you want your message to land in your giftee's inbox.

Can my gift recipient return their products if they don’t want them?

They are welcome to return their goods, so long as they meet the requirements of our returns policy.

We highly encourage they get in touch with us first though so we can help them find something else they might prefer instead!

Does my gift recipient need to be home to receive their gift?

No! So long as there is a safe place to deliver their package on the premises. If not, our delivery partner will take it to the nearest post office or collection point and you will receive notification of this via your tracked order emails.

Do you sell physical gift cards?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer physical gift cards. But fear not, because our digital gift cards are available right HERE and they are very printer friendly (just saying).

Can your digital gift cards be used in-store?

Yes. These gift cards can be used in the Gin Shop at our Sydney Laboratory and Healesville Distillery.

Yes, absolutely. But to do so, you will need to give us a call so that we can assist you. Call us on 1800 FPG GIN.
