Led by one of our Sydney distillers, you’ll take part in the making of a bespoke batch of gin, using our experimental still, Eileen. You’ll also learn about the Four Pillars history and the art of distillation, while tasting some of our signature gins and a few Made From Gin snacks. Then in 14 days' time, the gin you help make will be ready to collect!

Start with a G&T as you learn about the Four Pillars story, where it all began in the Yarra Valley, hear a bit of gin history and taste some of the signature gins we’ve created over the years.

In this session, our team will take you through some tricks of the trade, showing you how to make a few of our favourite gin drinks. Then we’ll hand the tools over to you to get shaking.

From an intimate private Gin Workshop or Maker Session to a full takeover of our Laboratory for a launch or party, get in touch and let’s see what gin-fuelled fun we can plan together.
