What's Christmas without a Christmas ham? And what's a Christmas ham without a ham glaze?
We've gone and made a delicious ham glaze using the gin-steamed oranges from our Rare Dry Gin distillations along with some delicious French Dijon mustard, some spices, sugar and salt. Brush it over your ham before baking, glaze your roast turkey or duck, or use it to baste a rack of pork or beef ribs before barbequing them to perfection.
