WHAT'S ON AT THE FAB LAB?

THREE WEEKS OF DRINK SPECIALS, POP-UP COLLABS AND MORE…

Every Mardi Gras, the Four Pillars Laboratory transforms into a glitter-filled haven complete with a special lineup of cocktails fit for a (drag) queen.

And this year we’ve gone even bigger, with a stacked program of events happening over the next few weeks at the Fab Lab. So if you find yourself on the streets of Surry Hills during the most fabulous time of the year, here are some gin-fuelled things you should check out!

  • FAB LAB

    For three weeks, drop into our Mardi Gras haven and enjoy fabulous specials like Pretty In Pink, made with My New Go-To Gin, honey, quandong, crème de mûre and Fino. This one doubles as our Fab Lab bottled cocktail, available to take home in the Gin Shop downstairs for a limited time. Plus, a portion of the proceeds from every Pretty In Pink sold in the bar or shop will be donated to Queer Screen.

  • PARADE DAY PARTY

    We’re turning Fab Lab up a notch with drag fun, DJ tunes and everything in between.​ Get amongst the festivities before the official Mardi Gras parade on Oxford Street (just a 15-minute walk away!).

  • RAJA KITCHEN CO-LAB

    Sydney’s favourite contemporary Indian restaurant, Raja is taking over the Four Pillars Lab kitchen for two nights of flavour-filled excellence! Expect dishes like gin botanical-spiced fish kebab and choriz pao with spent pineapple chutney, paired up with some of our tastiest, limited-edition gin drinks. Everything is à la carte so all you need to do is book your spot.

  • BAR LIBERTY X FOUR PILLARS LAB

    Ever wondered what it’s like to be wined and dined by some of the best in the biz? Now’s your chance to find out when Nick Tesar (Creative Director of Gin Drinks at Four Pillars) teams up with Zack Furst (Head Chef at Bar Liberty in Melbourne). Expect an omakase-style experience, where you’ll taste and enjoy a few never-before-seen cocktails alongside some incredible snacks. Limited spots available, so be quick!
