QUICK AND SIMPLE SERVES

RARE DRY G&T
It really doesn't get any easier than a good old fashioned gin and tonic. And we can't go past a classic Rare Dry G&T.
INGREDIENTS
- 45mL Rare Dry Gin
- 90 - 100mL good tonic
- Orange
METHOD
- Add gin and tonic to a rocks glass over ice
- Garnish with an orange wedge

BLOODY PALOMA
Citrusy, salty and super refreshing. All the makings of a bloody excellent drink to please any guest that walks through your door.
INGREDIENTS
- 45mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 15mL grapefruit juice
- 10mL sugar syrup
- Soda water
- Grapefruit
METHOD
- Add gin, grapefruit juice and sugar syrup to a highball glass over ice
- Top with soda water and garnish with a grapefruit slice

JASMINE FRENCH 75
Is it really a party without some sparkling? No. So use it in this Rare Dry Gin spin on a French 75.
INGREDIENTS
- 30mL Rare Dry Gin
- 5mL bitter liqueur
- 1 teaspoon Orange Marmalade
- 20mL lemon juice
- 75mL sparkling wine
METHOD
- Combine gin, liqueur, Orange Marmalade and lemon juice in a tin and shake with ice
- Double strain into a flute
- Top with sparkling wine

Bloody Spritz
Bloody Shiraz Gin, grapefruit and bubbles come together to create this gorgeously pink party starter.
INGREDIENTS
- 30mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 30mL ruby red grapefruit juice
- 30mL soda water
- 90mL sparkling wine
- Grapefruit
METHOD
- Add the ingredients to a wine glass over ice
- Top with sparkling wine
- Garnish with a slice of grapefruit
SHARED SERVES

Bloody Mojito
Make your Mojito even bloody better with Bloody Shiraz Gin.
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 4)
- 200mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
- 100mL lemon or lime juice
- 80mL sugar syrup
- 30 mint leaves
- 240mL soda water
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients except soda in a jug or carafe
- Add a scoop of crushed ice
- Stir and pull the mint up as you go
- Add soda and more ice, then stir again
- Serve in a highball glass with a mint sprig

FEEL GOOD MIMOSA
Pop the prosecco, it's Mimosa time! Perfect for any party that requires you to make a toast, and every other kind of party too.
INGREDIENTS (serves 3-4)
- 120mL Rare Dry Gin
- 30mL passionfruit liqueur
- 200mL orange juice
- 200mL prosecco
- Oranges
METHOD
- Build all ingredients in a carafe and top with ice
- Layer in orange wedges
- Serve up in a wine glass with ice and an orange wedge

RED SNAPPER
Our ginny take on a Bloody Mary and one of our all-time brunch favourites.
INGREDIENTS (serves 4)
- 180mL Rare Dry Gin
- 400mL fresh tomato juice
- 80mL fresh lemon juice
- 60mL Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco sauce (just a splash)
- Lemon
- Celery
METHOD
- Add ingredients to a jug with ice and give it a good stir
- Pour into a highball glass and garnish with a celery stick and lemon wedge

DAY SPA
A booze-free punch for any friends taking a break from the drink.
INGREDIENTS (serves 6-8)
- 700mL Bandwagon Dry
- 700mL mineral spring water or filtered tap water
- 250mL elderflower cordial
- 2 lemons, cut into wheels
- 1 sleeve of mint
METHOD
- Build ingredients in a carafe over ice and stir together
- Serve in a short glass with a lemon slice and mint sprig
