Start your weekend off right in the Yarra Valley with a private tasting of our five signature gins next to our stills in the production area. Choose between a 45-minute tasting at 10.30am or 11.30am on Saturdays & Sundays.

Please note, if you would like to stick around after your tasting for some drinks, you'll need to book a table in advance. Get in touch to plan your day ahead of time to make more room for some gin-fuelled fun!

Fancy a gin and tonic with a dash of tasting? You’ll kick off with a G&T on arrival, then one of our distillery team members will take you through an overview of the distillation process and a tasting of four signature gins (with a surprise to finish). This is probably the best G&T(&T!) you’ll ever have.

Led by one of our distillers, this immersive experience will see you take part in a mini-distillation, plus you’ll get a comprehensive tasting of our five signature gins. We’ll post you the bottle of gin you distilled, plus you’ll also head home with a 200mL bottle of our award-winning Rare Dry Gin, some tonic water and a jar of our Orange Marmalade, made from the oranges we distil!

Start with a G&T as you learn a bit of a history of gin and hear the Four Pillars Gin story. Then our gin expert will lead you through a comprehensive tasting of our signature gins. You’ll take home a goodie bag including a bottle of Rare Dry Gin, a bottle of tonic water, and a jar of Orange Marmalade.

Kick off with the perfect G&T and watch one of our gin masters at work as they mix up a famous Four Pillars cocktail. After that, you’ll have the chance to muddle, shake and stir alongside them to create two more delectable cocktails—all while snacking on some Made From Gin nuts and olives.
