This Japanese-inspired Highball made with soda water is a simple yet flavour-packed drink. 

For this highball recipe we recommend you use plenty of ice and plenty of soda. And for garnish, feel free to use whatever citrus you can get your hands on (fresh yuzu would be best if you’re lucky enough to find some!).
