TRADING TIDES FLORA DORA GIN COCKTAIL RECIPE

A tall, refreshing cocktail with citrusy flavours balanced by a touch of zest and spice.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 60mL Trading Tides Gin
    • 5 fresh raspberries
    • 10mL fresh lime juice
    • 120mL dry ginger ale

  • METHOD

    • Add gin and three raspberries to a Highball glass
    • Fill with ice and add lime juice and dry ginger ale
    • Stir gently so the raspberries don’t float to the top
    • Garnish with the other two raspberries
