NOT A GIN FIZZ NON-ALCOHOLIC COCKTAIL RECIPE

Who says gin has to have all the fun? This drink mixes a bit of sweet with some sour to make the ultimate non-gin fizz.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 50mL Bloody Bandwagon
    • 20mL fresh lemon juice
    • 15mL simple syrup [1:1]
    • Dash of egg white
    • Soda water
    • Nutmeg

  • METHOD

    • Shake all ingredients except soda water over ice and fine strain into a chilled glass
    • Top with soda water
    • Garnish with some freshly grated nutmeg
