Fabbrica Pomodoro Alla Four Pillars Gin

Sydney pasta royalty, Fabbrica have taken our Olive Leaf Gin and spent botanicals like juniper, coriander and cardamom, and combined them with fresh tomatoes, onion and garlic to create a super rich, gin-spiked tomato sauce. Stir it through your favourite pasta with a knob of butter and finish it off with some shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano. Bellissimo.

What started with a weekend kitchen takeover in our Sydney Lab has turned into this gin-spiked pasta sauce for you to enjoy in your home. In early 2023, the Fabbrica team visited our Healesville Distillery and whipped out the pans to start playing around with our gins and sauce recipes. With its savoury profile and olive oil botanicals, Olive Leaf Gin was the natural winner.
